Technical Support

At any conference CJS will appoint a Project Manager to oversee all technical aspects of the show. That person will pre-specify all equipment needed including set, stage, screens, projectors, lights and microphones together with planning delivery to site.

In the hours before the show, the CJS team of technicians will install, connect and test all equipment to ensure fault free running.

Before the show, we rehearse all presenters ensuring they are comfortable with the equipment. During the show the producer will 'call' cues for video, live camera relay, PowerPoint, lights and microphones.

We can also equip and operate all breakout rooms.
