ACPO Public Protection Conference

Following the success of the 2009 Public Protection Conference, the event moves to Warwickshire to embark upon the 2010 themes.

This year's focus will include how Public Protection can continue to develop amidst the challenges of major restructuring taking place throughout the police service.  There will also be information covering the revised ACPO guidance on Protecting the Public (expected to be published in Summer 2010) and the changes it introduces.

This will be achieved via a mix of formal speakers, breakout sessions and interactive workshops, each chosen in order to provide up to date information and expertise to ensure that the event is of value to all who attend.

Expected delegate attendee numbers are around 250, therefore, the event will once again provide sponsors and exhibitors a unique networking opportunity amongst professionals from operational, management and strategic levels dealing with the management of sexual offenders and violent offenders.
